At Veloura, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags attached.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items Sale items, gift cards, and items marked as final sale cannot be returned.
